As the 2024 season of the Women’s Premier League comes to a close, the Royal Challengers Bangalore have dominated in the orange and purple caps and most importantly went on to secure the title as well beating the Delhi Capitals in a thrilling contest in Delhi.

Following the conclusion of the WPL 2024 season, here are the top 10 players who scored the most runs in the tournament.
At the top of the run-scoring charts, it is none other than the RCB all-rounder, Ellyse Perry. She managed to take the chase home in the finals and was unbeaten on 35 runs to bring her to 347 runs in the tournament. She also produced a fantastic half-century in the eliminator against the Mumbai Indians and remains the team’s most important player during the big moments.
At second it is the DC skipper, Meg Lanning with 331 runs in the tournament. Her performances with the bat have set the tone for the side as they went on to remain at the top of the points table in the league stages.
In the third spot, it is the other opening batter from DC, Shafali Verma, who has been in good touch with the bat as she continued to showcase her skills by clearing the boundaries to hit the most sixes in the tournament as well.
RCB’s skipper, Smriti Mandhana follows at the fourth position as she finished her tournament with 300 runs on the dot. It has been her starts with the bat that has been a big reason for the side’s success. In the big finale, she managed to read the game well and take the chase on steadily to take her side to the title.
From the UP Warriorz, Deepti Sharma bags the fifth position on the leaderboard with a total of 295 runs. Despite playing in the middle order for most of the time, she has been in fine form with the bat. She managed to hit a hat-trick of fifties in the Delhi leg of the tournament despite the side not making it through to the playoffs.
