Bihar Panchayati Raj Vibhag Recruitment: Over 6,500 Seats Are Up For Grab

The Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojana Society (BGSYS) is inviting online applications for the post of accountant cum IT Assistant. It has released the vacancy of 6,570 seats in the Panchayati Raj Department. Selected candidates will get a remuneration of Rs 20,000. The candidates will be hired on a contractual basis. You can apply on https://state.bihar.gov.in/.

The last date of the application is June 9. Among the vacancies announced, 4,270 seats are allocated for male candidates while 2,300 seats are fixed for female candidates. The selection will be done based on the computer-based test ( CBT).

Step 2: On the homepage, register yourself on the website

Step 3: Click on the recruitment link

Step 4: Access the application form with your registered ID and password

Step 5: Complete the application form with your required details

Step 6: Pay the application fee

Step 7: Submit and download the application form

The application fee for male students is UR, EWS, BC, and EBC is Rs 500, and for female candidates is Rs 250. The SC and ST applicants with Bihar domicile are Rs 250 for both males and females. The candidates must have done B.Com or M.Com or CA from the recognised Central Education Board or State Education Board or UT or Bihar State Government.

As per the notification, the candidate with a CA degree will be given preference. Candidates selection will be done through an outsourcing agency. Applicants will be selected through an entrance test. 50 per cent weightage will be given to the Educational Qualification and 50 per cent to marks obtained in CBT.

The minimum age limit for this recruitment is 21 years. The maximum age required is 50 years as per the category of the candidates. The general and EWS male candidates’ age cannot be beyond 45 years whereas females should be below 48 years to become eligible for recruitment. For SC and ST, the maximum age requirement is 50 years.
