The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) will conclude the application process for various posts under Groups A, B and C today soon. Candidates who wish to apply for various posts in the department can fill out the application form on the official website – bis.gov.in till September 30. BIS Recruitment 2024: Vacancies
The department is conducting the recruitment drive for 345 vacancies under groups A, B and C. Details of the vacancies are as follows

BIS Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualifications, age limit, post qualification experience vary for each post. Candidates who wish to apply for the BIS Recruitment 2024 must check the official advertisement carefully to assess the eligibility criteria for their respective posts.
BIS Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 800 for the posts of Assistant Director (Hindi), Assistant Director (Finance) and Assistant Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs) and Rs 500 for the remaining posts. SCs/STs/PWDs/ Women and BIS-serving employees are exempted from the application fee.
BIS Recruitment 2024: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Visit the official BIS website – bis.gov.in and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE”
Step 2: Now click on the link that reads “Click here for New Registration”
Step 3: Now enter your name, contact details and email. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system

Step 4: Log in with the system-generated registration number and password and fill out the BIS Recruitment 2024 application form
Step 5: Upload all the required documents and pay the application fee
Step 6: Submit the application form and download it for future reference
