This decision comes in light of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, which necessitate a revised examination schedule.
Revised schedule for MPPSC PCS and Forest Services Exam 2024
The revised schedule for the MPPSC PCS and Forest Services Exam 2024 is as follows:

–– MPPSC Forest Services Prelims Exam: June 23, 2024
–– Admit Card Release Date: June 12, 2024
Candidates who have registered for these recruitment exams must download their admit cards from the MPPSC website starting June 12, 2024. The MPPSC prelims admit card 2024 link will be activated on the official website at mppsc.mp.gov.in.
Candidates will need to log in using their credentials such as registration number and date of birth to access and download the MPPSC SSE and State Forest Service admit card 2024.
Candidates are advised to ensure they carry their MPPSC prelims 2024 admit cards to the examination venue, as those without it will not be permitted to sit for the exam.
What happens after the prelims exam?
Candidates who successfully clear the prelims examination will proceed to the mains exam. The commission will announce the revised main examination date in due course.
UPSC CSE Prelims 2024 exam date postponed
In a similar vein, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has also decided to postpone the UPSC Civil Services Exam Dates 2024 due to the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The UPSC CSE Prelims Exam 2024 will now be held on June 16, 2024, instead of the previously scheduled date of May 26, 2024.
The Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh are scheduled to be conducted in four phases between April 19 and May 13, 2024, across 29 seats. The counting of votes is set to take place on June 4, 2024.
