Northern Railway Opens Applications For Senior Resident Posts

The Northern Railway invites applications from able candidates for the post of Senior Resident. Based on the official notification of Northern Railway Recruitment 2024, the candidate will be employed for one year. Candidates who want to apply for these posts can apply on the official website nr.indianrailways.gov.in. The application process for these posts has started. Those who have not yet applied should apply immediately. Otherwise, this opportunity will be missed.

There are 25 posts open in this recruitment drive. The candidates for these posts will be selected based on interviews. Also, the candidates can apply till May 27.

1. Anesthesia: UR-02, OBC-01, ST-01

2. General Medicine: UR-02, OBC-06, SC-01, ST-01

3. General Surgery: OBC-02, UR-01

4. Orthopedics: OBC-01

5. ENT: ST-01

6. Pediatrics: SC-01, EWS-01

7. Radiology: UR-02

8. Pathology: SC-01

9. Obstetrics & Gynaecology: EWS-01

Salary

Candidates who are selected for these posts will get a remuneration of Rs 67,700 to Rs 2,08,700 in Matrix Level 11 as per Level 7 CPC.

Tenure

The applicant will be appointed for one year only and may be renewed for two (2) annual renewals, subject to satisfactory work, conduct and performance, for a maximum total period of three years.

Age limit

The age limit of the candidates for these posts should not be above 37 years as per the official notification.

Eligibility criteria

1) The candidate should possess a Post Graduate Degree in the relevant field recognised by MCI/NBE.

2) The candidate should have completed the duration of the PG Degree/Diploma before the time of the interview.

Selection process

The selection of candidates for these posts will be done based on walk-in interviews as mentioned in the official notification. Candidates are required to present themselves at the Auditorium, 1st Floor, Academic Block, Northern Railway Central Hospital, New Delhi by 8:30 AM on the day of the walk-in interview with the duly filled application form and relevant documents.
