This year, the Tamil Nadu Class 11 supplementary exam was conducted on July 2 for candidates who were not able to qualify for the TN class 11 exam

The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu has announced the results for the Tamil Nadu class 11 supplementary exam 2024. Students who took the supplementary exam can view and download their class 11 result by visiting the official website, dge.tn.gov.in. They need to enter their date of birth and exam roll number in order to access the results.

This year, the Tamil Nadu Class 11 supplementary exam was conducted on July 2 for candidates who were not able to qualify for the TN class 11 exam.

A total of 8,11,172 students appeared for the class 11 TN exam, of whom 7,39,539 students passed the exam. The board recorded an overall pass percentage of 91.17 per cent this year. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage 94.69  per cent, while the percentage for boys was 87.26 per cent. There was a 100 per cent pass percentage for transgender candidates.

It should be noted that the result published is provisional. Candidates are required to collect their original marksheets from their respective schools. The date and time for the distribution of results will be notified to students by the respective schools.

TN Class 11 Supplementary Exam 2024: How to Check Result?

Step 1: Go to the official website, dge.tn.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for and click on the ‘TN Supplementary Result 2024’ link from the Results tab.

Step 3: Upon clicking, you will be redirected to a new page.

Step 4: Now, select the ‘TN Supplementary Exam’ link and provide the requested information, including your date of birth and registration number.

Step 5: Once done, the Class 11 supplementary result will be displayed on your screen.

Step 6: Cross-check your results thoroughly and save a copy of it for future records.

Upon downloading, students should check all the information mentioned in the result. It includes information such as the name of the candidate, roll number, marks obtained, total percentile, rank, candidate’s category and qualifying percentile.
