Victor Osimhen claims to have already chalked out his plans for the next career move.

Napoli striker Victor Osimhen recently talked about several transfer rumours revolving around him. The Nigerian played a pivotal role in Napoli’s triumphant run in the Serie A last season. Thanks to his goal-scoring spree, Osimhen has come under the radar of several major European clubs in recent times. Premier League outfits like Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly keen to complete the signing of the 25-year-old while reigning Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) also showed their interest in him last summer.

Amid speculation about his potential transfer, Victor Osimhen claims to have already chalked out his plans for the next career move. During a recent interaction on CBS Sport’s Morning Footy show, the footballer said, “I have already made my decision on the next step to do at the end of the season. I already made up my mind. I already have my plan, I know what I want to do, the next step I want to take.”

Osimhen also addressed the rumours of having links with Premier League clubs during the conversation. But before taking any further step, the Nigerian forward wants to finish the current season with Napoli on a strong note.

“I think 60% of the people mention the rumours about me linked with the Premier League. The Premier League is one of the biggest leagues in the world. I want to finish the season with Napoli strong and then come up with the decision I've already made,” Osimhen explained.

Mamuka Jugeli, the agent of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, recently claimed that Victor Osimhen would join a Saudi Pro League side during the upcoming summer transfer window. After the comments came to light, the Napoli forward slammed Jugeli on Instagram, saying he was left “embarrassed” at the agent’s sense of reasoning.

Osimhen extended his contract with Napoli till 2026 less than a month ago. But his relationship with the club seems to have turned sour in recent times. Osimhen was frustrated when he was taken off during a Serie A clash against Bologna. He has been one of Napoli’s standout players this season, having netted seven goals in his 13 appearances in the Serie A.
