Open the Instagram app. This looks like a camera with a multicolored background. Log into your account if you aren't already. You can also use Instagram in a web browser at https://www.instagram.com/.
Post or edit a Highlight. Highlights are curated Stories you can display on your profile until you manually remove them. To add a new Highlight, navigate to your profile page. Tap the + icon. To edit an existing Highlight, tap the Highlight, and then tap •••. Tap Edit Highlight.
Copy . This is a special blank Unicode character. If you're using a mobile device, tap and hold the character, and then tap Copy. If you're using a computer, highlight the character with your mouse. Press CTRL + C (Windows) or CMD + C (Mac) to copy. Alternatively, you can visit this website and click or tap the Copy to clipboard button.
Paste the code into the "Name" field. If you just leave it blank, Instagram will automatically input the name Highlights. When the code is pasted into the field, it will be recognized as its own character.
Tap Done. This is in the top-right corner. The Instagram Highlight name will now be invisible. You can also use this trick to change your display name on Instagram.
