The Pilot Helmet is only obtainable in the Third Sea. To get it, you must beat Stone in Port Town. Stone has a 10% chance to drop the Pilot Helmet, and there's no way to increase your chances of getting the drop. To learn how to beat Stone, jump to the bottom of this article.

The Pilot Helmet is great for PvP. Its speed buff also stacks with the speed buff from certain races (like Rabbit V4) and fruits (like Leopard or Kitsune).

How to Fight Stone

Go to Port Town. Stone is a level 1550 boss that can be fought in Port Town in the Third Sea. Port Town is the first area you can access in the Third Sea, so you should be able to get there as soon as you get into the Third Sea.

Find the Pirate Port Quest Giver. The Pirate Port Quest Giver is located in front of the "Welcome to Port Town" sign. He is wearing a black top hat, blue vest, and green pants.

Accept the quest to defeat Stone. You must be at least level 1550 to accept the quest from the Pirate Port Quest Giver.

Find Stone. Stone is located behind the area where Pistol Billionaires spawn. You can find the Pistol Billionaires in the upper part of Port Town, further away from the docks than where the Pistol Millionaires spawn.

Defeat Stone. Stone has 97,750 HP and uses both Aura and a Bomb Fruit. He uses the Snipe and Ultimate Explosion abilities. Use Instinct to dodge Stone's Snipe move. When Stone uses Ultimate Explosion, keep your distance or air jump to get away from it. The best way to defeat Stone is the "hit and run" strategy with a ranged weapon or Blox Fruit. If you use close-range weapons, he will cast Ultimate Explosion constantly. To do this strategy, simply get within attack range and attack Stone, then run away when he uses Snipe or Ultimate Explosion. Repeat until Stone has been defeated.

Collect your loot. There's a 10% chance that Stone will drop the Pilot Helmet when he is defeated. If you don't get the Pilot Helmet, simply accept the quest to defeat Stone from the Pirate Port Quest Giver again, then either wait for him to respawn (which takes 20 minutes) or hop to another server to find him faster.
