The Instagram app makes it very simple to update your email address via your mobile device. This wikiHow shows you how to change the email address associated with your Instagram account on iPhone or iPad.
Tap the Instagram app to open it. The icon looks like a white camera outline on a purple and gold background. If you don't see the Instagram icon, swipe right on the screen and type "Instagram" into the search bar at the top. Tap the Instagram icon when it appears in the search results.
Tap the thumbnail of your profile picture. This icon is always in the bottom right corner of your menu screens. Tapping it brings up your profile page.
Tap Edit Profile. This option brings you to the Edit Profile page.
Tap Email. This is the first option under Private Information.
Enter your new email address into the field.
Tap Done. Your email address is updated.
