Open the Shipt Shopper app. The Shipt Shopper app is dark green and has a green bag outlined in a lighter green border, the name Shipt below this. On iPhone's, the title of the app below this icon will show as just "Shopper." If you are also an Instacart Shopper, try not to confuse these apps. They use the same title underneath both apps, but the icons look completely different. In the past, Shipt used an alien-spaceship logo. However, this logo is now defunct and should now be a relic left in history - as many Shoppers believe it is/was in its glory days.
Open the hamburger menu from the top left corner of the screen. Tap your Account button. This line is labeled with your name and rating and has your profile picture on it.
Scroll all the way down and tap "Preferences."
Look for the "Preferred" section which should be found right under the "Push Notifications" button.
Select your maps app. While most will want to select "Google Maps", you may use Waze instead. However, Shipt Shopper also allows you to use Apple Maps (on an iPhone) or the default Maps app (on an Android). Tap the empty circle in the list until the circle turns green.
Save your work. Tap the left-pointing arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
Return to your Orders screen and sample running the address in your changed map app.
