How to Delete a Discord Channel on a PC or Mac

Open Discord. Look for a blue and white icon that looks like a smiling crab. If you haven’t yet installed Discord on your PC or Mac, download it now from https://discord.com/download.

Scroll to the channel you want to delete. Your channels appear under the “Text Channels” heading.

Click the gear icon. It’s to the right of the channel’s name.

Click the trash icon. It’s at the bottom-left corner of the “Overview” tab.

Confirm that you want to delete the channel. The channel will no longer appear in your Text Channels list.
