Wash your hands. Not just rinse, actually wash them. This is the first step to the road of stronger nails.
Don't skimp on the petroleum jelly! Put a big ol' glob on all your nails!
Rub, rub, rub! Use your index finger to rub all that petroleum jelly around. Pay special attention to these areas: Cuticles, and where you find those pesky hangnails!
Leave on for 3-5 minutes. This leaves time to let the petroleum jelly soak in and gets its full strengthening power!
Rinse. Make sure you get ALL of the petroleum jelly off.
