How to Get Teenage Sims Pregnant Without Mods in the Sims 3
This wikiHow teaches you how to get a teenage Sim pregnant without having to download any mods. While Sims usually need to be adults in order to get pregnant, you can enable cheats for your current game in order to access Sim options you wouldn't normally have.
Steps

Make sure that you have two young adult Sims who are in a relationship. While you can technically use cheats to get a teenage Sim pregnant, your Sims will have to be adults before they can initiate the process of trying for a baby. This will also work with two adult Sims or a combination of a young adult and an adult.

Place a double bed in the Sims' house. If there isn't already a double bed in the house in which your Sims live, you'll need to add one before they can try for a baby.

Enable cheats in your game. Depending on whether you're using a computer or a desktop computer, this step will vary: Desktop — Hold down Ctrl+⇧ Shift+C (Windows) or ⌘ Command+⇧ Shift+C (Mac), then type in testingcheatsenabled true into the text box which appears and press ↵ Enter. Console — Press the A and B (Xbox One) or X and O (PlayStation 4) (or, if that doesn't work, press RT, RB, LT, and LB for Xbox or R1, R2, L1, and L2 for PlayStation all together), then type in testingcheatsenabled true and press the confirmation button.

Encourage your Sims to relax in bed. Once both Sims are in the double bed, you can proceed. Since Sims will sometimes get stuck on the side of the bed, you may have to try this command a few times.

Select the Try for Baby option. In order to get this option, select one Sim, then select the other Sim and select the Try for Baby option which appears over their head. The two Sims will begin cuddling.

Wait for the Sims to get under the covers. As soon as the two Sims jump under the covers, you can proceed.

Pause time. This will cause your Sims' world to freeze, allowing you to make adjustments to the Sims characters.

Select the female Sim. Doing so will cause several options to appear over her head; since cheats are enabled, you should be able to access the "Edit Sim" cheat.

Select Edit Sim in Create a Sim. It's above her head. This will open the Sim editor.

Lower the Sim's age. In the "Name, Age, and Gender" section of the Create a Sim menu, select the "Teenager" icon, which the waving Sim icon. You can then select the checkmark to save your changes.

Repeat with the male Sim. Once both of your Sims are teenagers, you can proceed.

Resume your game. Your Sims will complete the Try for Baby action as teenagers, which will result in the female Sim becoming pregnant if the attempt is successful. If the attempt is successful, you'll hear a chime upon completion. If the attempt is unsuccessful, you'll need to try again by turning your Sims back into adults, re-initiating the act, and then turning them back into teens.

What's your reaction?
