Obtaining
Have 50 Ectoplasm. The only requirement is you have the necessary Ectoplasm to purchase the mask.
Go to the Cursed Ship. It's in the Second Sea.
Talk to El Perro and purchase the mask. He's next to the Ship Deckand NPC on the right side of the ship. When you purchase the mask for 50 Ectoplasm, don't forget to equip it. Accessories are wearable so you can get their benefits. Open your inventory (`), select the mask, and click Equip. When it's equipped, you'll see a small "E" in the mask's thumbnail in your inventory. You can only have one accessory equipped at a time.
Effects
10% life leech on Melee attacks against players and 2.5% life leech against NPCs. This life leech stacks with the Ghoul race and works with players who favor the Buddha Fruit.
+35% movement speed. This is the highest movement speed buff you can get from the Second Sea.
+500 Energy. This means that you can do more Air Jumps, Flash Steps, or other moves before your Energy empties.
