Steps

Rating a Seller

Open the OfferUp app. It has a blue icon with a price tag that says "OfferUp." Tap the OfferUp app on your Home screen or Apps menu to open OfferUp. If you are not signed in, sign in using the email address and password associated with your OfferUp or Letgo account.

Tap the Inbox tab. It's the second tab at the bottom of the screen. It has an icon that resembles a speech bubble.

Tap Notifications. It's the second tab at the top. This displays a list of all your notifications.

Tap the notification about the seller you want to rate. When a transaction is completed, the app sends you a notification asking you to rate the seller. Tap the notification about the seller you want to rate.

Tap the number of stars you want to rate the seller. You can give the seller a rating of 1 to 5 stars. If you give the seller between 1 to 3 stars, you will be given the option to leave negative feedback. If you give between 4 and 5 stars, you will be given the option to leave positive feedback.

Tap any feedback boxes that match your experience. If you give between 1 and 3 stars, you will be given the option to leave feedback such as "impolite," "uncommunicative," "late," and "Item not as described." If you give between 4 and 5 stars, you can give positive feedback, such as "reliable," "on time," "communicative," and "friendly." Tap the boxes that match your experience.

Tap Submit Review. This completes your review of the seller.

Rating a Buyer

Tap Selling. It's the fourth tab at the bottom of the screen. It has an icon that resembles a price tag. This displays a list of items you have for sale and have sold.

Tap an item that you sold. This displays the information page about the item including the buyer of the item.

Tap Rate Buyer. It's on the information page for the item you sold. If you don't see this option, you already gave the buyer a rating.

Tap the number of stars you want to rate the buyer. You can give them a rating of between 1 and 5 stars. If you give the buyer a rating between 1 and 3 stars, you will be given the option to leave negative feedback. If you give the buyer between 4 and 5 stars, you will be given the option to give positive feedback.

Tap any feedback boxes that match your experience. The boxes include brief descriptions of what you might have experienced from the buyer. Tap the box that most closely matches what you experienced.
