Prepare the shot cups. Make individual rows of plastic shot cups on a baking sheet.
Combine the milk and pudding powder thoroughly in a large bowl.
Drain the crushed pineapples and reserve the juice.
Measure and pour the pineapple rum and juice into the bowl. Thoroughly whisk everything together.
