Chacko said no member of the JPC has suggested calling the Prime Minister as a witness.
New Delhi: PC Chacko, the chairman of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on the 2G scam on Wednesday said that all company representatives will be called in to depose before the panel.
Chacko said that they don't distinguish between Ratan Tata and Anil Ambani but he did clarify that the panel has no plans to summon Tata and Ambani personally.
He also said no member of the JPC has suggested calling the Prime Minister as a witness.
Another point is that the Marans' Aircel Maxis deal is not for the moment being looked at by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Chacko also clarified that A Raja will be summoned as a former minister not as an accused.
