HYDERABAD: Police have formed three teams to solve the mysterious disapperance of 10-year-old girl T Lakshmi, missing since October 14. Following the discovery of the girl’s belongings along with skeletal remains of a person in an abandoned burial ground in Buchirajupalem in the city on Tuesday, police took up the case on a priority basis and are leaving no stone unturned to solve it.Apart from sending the skull and other bones discovered, police have also pressed the clues team into service to gather more evidence. Based on circumstantial evidence, police suspect that Lakshmi was brutally murdered but are awaiting the forensic report for confirmation. Based on the information gathered from residents of Buchirajupalem, police started a manhunt for a three-member gang who reportedly followed the girl daily in the evenings in the locality.
