Actor Nikhil Dwivedi injured on a holiday

Actor Nikhil Dwivedi, who was last seen in Manirathnam's Raavan, was in London for a holiday. While others with him came back from holiday with mementos, Nikhil ended up with three stitches on his eyebrow. The accident took place while he was playing football with a few kids there. He slipped and fell and started bleeding and had to be rushed to the near by hospital. There he ended up getting three stitches on his brow.
