Actress Bindu Madhavi injured in an accident

Bindu Madhavi of 'Kazhugu' fame suffered minor injuries when the car in which she was travelling collided with another vehicle on an arterial road in Tiruchi.

According to sources, the actress was shooting for 'Thozhan', a remake of 'Sattam Oru Iruttarai', in Tiruchi. The accident took place when she was heading towards the airport.

"Bindu was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was given first aid. After conducting few tests, doctors advised her to be on rest for some days," sources added.

Besides 'Thozhan', Bindu Madhavi is also part of Pandiraj directed 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' and another Tamil movie titled 'Iruvar Ullam'.
