Q. Madam, At the outset congratulation on birth of a new state......I am from vizag but I was a part of Jharkhand when it was born, I can understand the joy, the pain underwent by the people across the section of society. Life must go on and it time to look forward. If you read the list of 10 districts, Hyderabad,: Ranga Reddy, Medak, Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda, Khammam, Warangal, Karimnagar, Adilabad and Nizamabad. If you see, entire development of the erstwhile state was concentrated in Hyderabad and to some extent in Medak and Ranga Reddy. Rest of the districts had never made their presence. It is because of centralised development as against decentralised development that should have been the order of the day. Trust the new government looks into this brings over all development rather than focusing on Hyderabad again. It would be difficult to imagine the birth of state endowed with such resources : 45 per cent of the forest area in Andhra Pradesh state is in Telangana region while 20 per cent of the country's coal deposits in the country are also found here. It is also rich in limestone deposits that cater to cement factories. Perennial rivers Godavari and Krishna enter Andhra Pradesh in Telangana before flowing down through other regions and ending up in the Bay of Bengal. Musi, Bhima, Kinnerasani and Pen Ganga are the smaller rivers that flow in Telangana. With such advantages, I am sure in the coming years we will a faster rate of growth and development. Q. Mr KCR has explained that people from Andhra, Rayalaseema need not fear in Telanganga. But how will you make sure of it? As there were many instances where people from outside Telangana were targeted. Even an MLA was attacked in the view of full media. How can the safety of Seemandhra people be guaranteed. A. The current phase of Telangana movement has been one of the most peaceful peoples' movements in the country's history. • Some sporadic incidents are bound to happen in a movement of this magnitude. • Even our independence movement, which was largely peaceful, is not an exemption to such sporadic incidents. • Scores of Telangana youngsters have killed themselves, in their anguish, but have not harmed any person from Seemandhra. • Once the state division is completed, the passions will cool down and people from all region will live in peace and harmony.
Q. People claim that Telangana accounts for the highest share of revenue for AP. The same people say that Telangana is the most backward. Can you please explain me the contradiction of the most backward region generating the highest revenue share for the state? Asked by: swaroop
A. Please understand that revenue receipts and development need not always be related. In fact some of the highest revenue generating districts in our country are the most backward districts.
Q. With opposition from Andhra ,how will the assembly get the resolution passed to be sent to centre for seeking Presidential approval? Asked by: sundar1950in
A. Assembly resolution is not mandatory for the creation of a new state.
Q. Will TRS merge with Congress as promised. If so when? Asked by: sundar1950in
A. If Congress fulfills the promise by passing the Telangana Bill in Lok Sabha and with no strings attached to "Hyderabad"... TRS will decide the course of political future at an appropriate time.
Q. What assurances have been made by UPA-2/TRS to Andhraites on peaceful co-existence? Asked by: sundar1950in
A. UPA-2 is yet to spell it out...while TRS always has taken the movement peacefully... it will continue to do so in the new state, with much more responsibility.
Q. Madam, is UPA-2 really serious? Asked by: Moiz
A. We are hopefull, but are proceeding with caution. we will only believe the UPA if the Telangana Bill is passed in the Lok Sabha.

A. Telangana Jagruthi will work towards the reconstruction of Telangana in every sector, mainly focusing on women education.

A. If the bill is introduced in this Monsoon session, it will take about 3 - 6 months.

A. Question of merger with anybody will not arise until the Telangana bill is passed in the Lok Sabha and with no strings attached to Hyderabad. when Telangana becomes reality .. political strategy can be discussed.

A. You are right to an extent but next few months all of our focus should be in working towards protecting the interest of Telangana region in the process of De-merger of the state. next step will be the political stratergising.

A. To clean Musi ... Musi is to be flooded with Krishna rivers water ... from Jural ..through Ranga Reddy dist we can pump Krishna water into moosi ... in the process we can also give water for RR dist for both irrigation and drinking purposes. this is also the only solution to get rid of Fluorosis in Nalgonda dist by interlinking Musi river with Krishna.

Congratulations to you! we appreciate the nonviolent method adopted by TRS and other Telangana politicians in the struggle for attaining statehood for Telangana. do you not think that the common capital should be maintained for only 5 years and not more than that, keeping in view the arrogant attitude of Andhra politicians. A. Thank you Raju, we are waiting the UPA govt to spell out the definition of "common" in the term common capital .. based on that TRS will work and fight to change the conditions put forth by the centre if required.
Q. Madam, We are hearing that CM is preparing a report to submit to Hi-command asking to convert Hyderabad as Union Territory. What is your opinion on it? how do we react on it if it is true? Asked by: Mahipal Reddy
A. UT is a failed concept. I personally don't think the govt of India wants another UT in its main land. if it is true wee are going to fight it tooth and nail and many supporters like MIM and a hoard of leaders from Hyderabad will join us in the fight.

A. TRS is a movement oriented party which deeply understands the struggle of Telangana people... our immediate priorities are to work towards (1) "Compulsory free education" from KG - PG (2) To address the Electricity shortage in the Telangana state (3)To work towards providing water to our barren lands

A. Yes .. KCR garu will be going to Delhi on the 4th and will meet all the political party heads who have previously given us letters supporting the cause.
Q. Congratulations! It is a pride moment for us. I'm a big fan of KCR. How much time do you think it will take to the re-formation of Telangana? Let me put it in this way, how many years do you think will take to develop the other backward districts like Hyderabad? I'm from Keshavapur, Huzurabad constituency, Karim Nagar. The unfortunate thing is we don't have proper road to my village, in monsoon season.. it worse. I know they are many villages have same problem or other problems. A. Congratulations !! Jai Telangana !! Yes reconstruction of Telangana partially will atleast take 5 - 10 years ... but if dealt with political acumen and dedication .. we can develop it in multiple aspects and simultaneously ... TRS is dedicated to do that.
Q. Our main concern is if TRS merges with congress, then there would be a scope for TDP to grow again in our region. Who knows, may be if people vex with TRS merged congress then in next 2019 elections people may elect TDP also!! so, it doesn't matter whether TRS sits in Govt or opposition we don't bother, but we don't want Andhra parties to grow again in our region. Yes that will be the main Focus ... addressing the power problem is one of the priority of KCR garu .. he is been working out a stratergy on this issue from past one year with the Telangana think tanks .. it will be dealt with great expertise. water projects will be taken up with great interest and while the mega water projects will take time .. minor irrigation will be strengthened for immediate benefits to the farmers.

A. The sharing of river waters is governed by the central government and all the set procedures by the existing tribunals will be respected.

A. Jai Telangana !! KCR garu has been stratergising on the overall development of Telangana, by decentralizing the governance .. so that the benefits will reach rural Telangana. Every district will get an equal share in development, industrially, education wise and also in agriculture. Merger, when happens and if happens .. will not affect KCR garu's will to develop the region. he is a very strong willed and dedicated man and is resolved to develop Telangana.
