Bengaluru: Biker alleges attack by a traffic policeman

Bengaluru: A 31-year-old man has alleged that he was hit by a traffic policeman with a walkie-talkie on Saturday evening. The construction engineer said he was trying to park his bike in the 'Pay and Park' area on Dickenson Road when the policeman came and started abusing him.

The complaint also says he was hit by the policeman with a writing pad and a walkie-talkie. The man sustained injuries on his face.

A complaint against the traffic constable has been registered. The traffic policeman has also filed a counter complaint against the man for trying to obstruct a public servant from doing his duties.
