Bihar: 15 men loot four compartments of Tata-Chhapra Express in Jamui

Jamui: Four sleeper compartments of the Tata-Chhapra Express in Bihar's Jamui district was robbed by fifteen armed men around Sunday midnight. The robbers took away cash, jewellery and other valuables from the passengers.

Passengers alleged that the guards on duty inside the train chose to hide instead of apprehending the robbers.

This is not the first case of lawlessness in the district. In August 2014, robbers injured six people and looted cash and valuables at gun point from passengers aboard a train in Jamui district.
