Cartoonist Neelabh Banerjee conferred Honorary Doctorate by Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal

In a huge achievement, CNN-IBN's Neelabh Banerjee has been honoured with Honorary Doctorate by The Jagran Lakecity University Bhopal, which has been established by the Madhya Pradesh government.

Neelabh is the originator of the famous Neelabhtoons and BreakingToons.

"It's a great achievement for all of us as much as it is for Neelabh. It's a celebration of humour in the news genre," said Umesh Upadhyay, President, News, Network18 Group.
