Srinagar: At least eight tourists were injured when terrorists lobbed a grenade on a vehicle in the famous hill resort of Gulmarg on Wednesday.
The vehicle was carrying tourists near the old bus stand Gulmarg, 60 kms from Srinagar, around 1630 hrs IST, official sources said.
The grenade exploded injuring the eight tourists hailing from Jammu and Delhi, the sources said.
Deputy Inspector General of Police AS Lone said the area has been cordoned and search operations are on.
The attack comes a day after nine people were killed in a series of grenade attacks in Srinagar.
