New Delhi: Singapore and Goa flights that were scheduled to land in Bengaluru on Sunday morning were diverted to Chennai due to dense fog. Nearly 50 flights scheduled between 6 am and 9 am have also been delayed.
Several major airlines including SpiceJet, Jet Airways and IndiGo have issued travel advisories to passengers asking them to check their flight status before heading for the airport.

Two days ago, flyers at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport faced a tough time as nearly 200 flights were delayed due to inclement weather. BJP leader Ram Madhav was among the affected passengers.
