Four activists of a militant outfit 'People's Liberation Front of India' were arrested from Karimati village in Palamu district, police said on Sunday.
All the four rebels, arrested on Saturday night, were associated with the organisation for the past six months, Deputy SP Ajay Kumar said. Seven other militants managed to escape, he said.
