Further CBI probe into Kaviyoor sex case

KOCHI: The CBI Special Court on Monday directed the CBI to conduct further investigation of the sensational Kaviyoor sex case.Special Judge Jose Thomas directed the CBI to complete the probe in three months and posted the case for further hearing to October.Though CBI counsel submitted that there were some difficulties to conduct further probe, the court rejected it and directed it to collect the evidence available with the petitioner. The order came on a petition filed by Crime editor T P Nandakumar.Narayanan Namboothiri, wife Sobhana, daughters Anagha and Akhila and son Akshay of Kaviyoor, were found dead on September 28, 2004.
