The SIT has allegedly found no prosecutable evidence against CM Narendra Modi in the Gulbarg Society massacre.
New Delhi: A magisterial court in Ahmedabad is expected to deliver its verdict on Zakia Jafri's plea that she be given a copy of the complete report prepared by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on the Gulbarg massacre case, 2002, during which her husband, Ehsan Jafri, was murdered.
Zakia has also questioned if the report can be read out in court or not.
The SIT has allegedly found no prosecutable evidence against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the Gulbarg Society massacre.
