BHUBANESWAR: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has proposed establishment of a centre of excellence in the Capital and sought 10 acres of land from the State Government.A delegation of the ICAI, led by president Jaydeep Narendra Shah, met Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik here on Saturday and discussed the matter. The ICAI has set up centres of excellence at Jaipur, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Principal secretary in the Finance Department J K Mohapatra was present.
