The restaurant named TS Platform is situated in Godavarikhani city. It is also a train themed restro with paintings and sculptures of engines and train stations all around. Although robot services in restaurants have been introduced in some big cities, Shravan was the first one to introduce one in the Peddapalli district.
Talking to Local18, food lovers who frequent the restaurant talked about how fascinated they are by the robot, which also dons a hat, bringing their food to them. They said that while they have seen such things happen on the internet before, they had never seen it live in front of them. One visitor said that he takes selfies with the robot whenever he visits and enjoys the biryani served by the robot.
