Jaya suffers setback

BANGALORE: The High Court on Friday quashed the decision of Tamil Nadu Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) to conduct further probe into the disproportionate asset case against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.Jayalalithaa had moved the apex court saying that she should be exempted from appearing before the trial court. But the SC on September 12 directed her to appear before special court.
