Key Accused in Thommy Murder Case Held

ANGAMALY: In a major breakthrough in the murder case of Thomas alias Thommy,56, of Inchakka Palatty at Tabore near here, the special squad  arrested Vilson, 43, a key accused, from Pollachi on Monday night.Vilson, son of Urumis, Palatty Parambayam, Mookkannoor, was remanded in judicial custody for 14 days by the Judicial First Class Magistrate in Aluva on Tuesday.Thomas was killed by a gang of hired goons in his poultry farm on August 28. The police said that Vilson was under the impression that his wife was attacked by Paul Njaliyan of Tabore on the instruction of Thomas on February 26. Vilson along with his relative Saji, manager of a poultry feed factory, decided to kill Thomas. Saji arranged one criminal Siju alias Thoppikkili to kill Thomas.  The police are in search of the other accused.
