New Delhi: Perhaps one of the most 'catty' episodes of Koffee With Karan season 4, director Karan Johar had Emraan Hashmi and Mahesh Bhatt sharing the couch and being rather vicious about their peers in the film industry.
The nephew-uncle duo's rapid fire was perhaps the most interesting rapid fire round we have seen in this season of the popular chat show. Without inhibition, both Emraan and Mahesh Bhatt spoke about what they felt about the film industry. When asked by Johar that which person comes into mind when he hears the following words, Emraan called Aishwarya Rai plastic and Imran Khan overrated. The actor called himself a ladies man and admitted cheekily that he missed having one night stands the most now that he is married.
When Emraan was asked that what would he like to steal from Saif Ali Khan, Emraan promptly answered "his wife". Emran named Mallika Sherawat and his onscreen kiss in 'Murder' as his worst and Jacqueline Fernandez and his kiss in 'Murder 2' as his best. Hashmi also stated that if given a choice he would gift Mallika Sherawat an 'Idiot's guide to be successful in Hollywood'.
While Emraan impressed Johar with his answers and eventually won the hamper, uncle Mahesh Bhatt also gave some 'catty' answers himself. The director called Kajol and Sanjay Leela Bhansali overrated and stated that Arjun Kapoor has a bright future.
The last time Karan Johar had two guests this uninhibited was when Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor took potshots at Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor. Guess, the ladies have the a strong competition from Emraan and Mahesh Bhatt now. ####
