Madhepura: Robbers allegedly loot Rs 2 lakh from retired ONGC employee

Motorcycle-borne miscreants today looted Rs two lakh from a retired ONGC employee in Bihar's Madhepura town, police said.

The employee Dev Nandan Yadav was returning home after withdrawing Rs two lakh from State Bank of India branch near college chowk when the miscreants waylaid him, Station House Officer (SHO) K B Singh said.

They snatched the bag from Yadav hand containing Rs two lakh and escaped, the SHO said adding search was on.
