Maoist posters found

PATNAGARH: Maoist posters were sighted on Thursday at Jhankaripali, Phulkimunda and Pingalmunda villages under Khaprakhol police limits. They were issued by Balangir-Nuapada divisional committee of the CPI (Maoists). The rebels, in the posters, flayed the security forces led by SP Awinish Kumar for carrying out combing operation in  Khaprakhol block. They also called up on people to unite against Kumar.The SP on Thursday evening visited the Khaprakhol police station and took stock of the situation.Normal Life HitMalkangiri: Normal life across the district was hit on the second day of the bandh called by the Maoists protesting deployment of Central forces in the area, among other things. Bus services between Malkangiri and Jeypore, Malkangiri and neighbouring Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh were affected. Business establishments downed shutters.
