BELGAUM: An official of the Mumbai Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) and three others attached to the Kolhapur Crime Branch, visited Hindalga Jail again, as part of its investigation in connection with the recent Mumbai bomb blasts, on Wednesday.
According to highly-placed sources, this was the third time the mentioned officials have visited the jail after the blasts. They checked the barracks in which terror suspects have been lodged and the security around there.Sources said that the officials have often been inquiring about the terror suspects lodged in the jail to the authorities concerned, via telephone and during their visit. The officials have succeeded in independently taking out the list of calls made from Hindalga through the tower without the help of the local police, it is said.
