New Delhi: The US is still under the election hangover, A series of election-night photographs released by Barack Obama's campaign, show the then-presidential candidate and his family tensely watching the results coming in.
The pictures were taken by his official campaign photographer David Katz and tell the behind-the-scenes of Obama's historic victory. The picture shows the president-elect with his wife, Michelle and their young daughters in their Chicago hotel room, surrounded by Obama's advisors and his running mate, Joe Biden.
They also show the Obama’s making their way to Chicago's Grant Park where the president-elect delivered his rousing victory speech to a crowd of 125-thousand supporters.
