First phase of polling in 20 Lok Sabha constituencies in Rajasthan on April 17 ended with an average of 63.25% of 3.48 crore electors casting their votes, the Election Commission said.
Ganganagar (SC) seat registered the highest voter turn-out of over 72.60%.
At Barmer it was 71.6%, Ajmer 64%, Jhalawar 61.5%, Banswara 61.3%, Jaipur 69.79%.
Bikaner recorded the lowest: 57.9%.
The 20 Lok Sabha constituencies that went to the polls were Ganganagar, Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Jaipur Rural, Jaipur, Ajmer, Nagaur, Pali, Jodhpur, Barmer, Jalore, Udaipur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Kota, and Jhalawar-Baran.
