Plea in High Court to restore child

CHENNAI: A 25-year-old mother has approached the Madras High Court to restore her five-month-old child, allegedely abducted by another woman, in Coimbatore. In her habeas corpus writ petition filed on Thrusday, R Sasikala Prabha of Jayaprakash Nagar in Coimbatore stated that one Jayalakshmi was responsible for creating problems in her marriage due to closeness to her husband and having high influence took away her child. She lodged police complaint on September 11.
