CHENNAI: A plea has been made in the Madras High Court for a direction to the Inspector attached to the Madipakkam police station to register a case on a complaint against two directors of JP Jai Land and Building Promoters Private Limited located in Madipakkam.In his criminal original petition, Nelson Samuel of Ram Nagar South submitted that he was one of the three directors of the firm, that has a worth of about Rs 120 crores.The petitioner alleged that the other two directors — Jaipaul and his son Jenil Jason — had indulged in activities to defraud him and the company.They had also forged a letter conveying the impression that the petitioner had resigned from the post of one of the directors of the company. The petitioner further alleged that unable to bear the undesirable activities of the other two directors, he had lodged complaints against them dated April 26 and May 15 last with the City Police Commissioner and the Madipakkam Assistant Commissioner of police respectively and the same were forwarded to the Madipakkam police. However, the Inspector at Madipakkam did not take any action on the complaints. Hence, the present petition for a direction to the inspector to register a case on his complaints and file a final report.
