Police file case against Aditya Pancholi for assaulting his neighbour

Mumbai: Mumbai Police on Thursday registered a case against actor Aditya Pancholi for allegedly assaulting and abusing his neighbour.

Police claims that they have the CCTV footage of the assault. The case was registered at Versova police station under section 452 (tresspassing) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of IPC.

The case was registered after Pancholi's neighbour, Bharghav Patel approached the police and alleged that the actor assaulted and abused him.
