THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Russian Cultural Centre, in association with the Cultural Department of the Russian Embassy in New Delhi and the Moscow-based foundation Russkiy Mir, is organising a quiz for plus-two and college students on ‘History of space science technology and Russia’s role in the development of space science.’The quiz is being conducted as part of the ongoing festival to mark the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s Space Flight. Students between the age of 15 and 22 can represent their institutions in the competition. Two students can represent each plus-two school or college. Five teams will be selected from the preliminary round, that will be held on July 9. The final will be held on July 16 at the Russian Cultural Centre.
