Schoolkids boycott classes

Around 250 students of Kundeigola High School in the district boycotted classes for the second consecutive day on Friday demanding posting of teachers in the school.

The students sat outside the school and refused to call off their protest as long as teachers are not posted. The High School has just four teachers, including the headmaster, against the required eight.

Meanwhile, parents of the students submitted a memorandum to ADM, Gangaram Pradhan. They threatened to intensify the agitation if teachers are not posted immediately.
