BANGALORE: Principals and teachers of a number of schools in the city took part in a seminar on a new innovative digital learning solution Smartclass Transformation System (CTS), a product of Educomp Solutions Ltd. Organized in association with Intel, the seminar titled CLASS 2020 was aimed at taking schools to the next level in digital learning age. Academicians were given a glimpse of how classrooms of the future will look and apprised of the latest trends in the world of education in the seminar.With Smartclass CTS, teachers will be empowered with a whole range of ready-to-deploy resources. Animation apart, it will have simulations, mind maps, worksheets, web links, diagram maker, graphic organisers and assessment tools and a lot more. Resources that will help the teacher reach out to every student and ensure an inspired participation in the journey of discovering new concepts.Speaking on the occasion, Rohit Mallik, Vice-President, Educomp Solutions Ltd. said, “There is an urgent need to supplement traditional methods of learning in classrooms with digital instruction and assessment materials and applications to enhance a child’s educational experience.” Mallik added that Smartclass CTS, an advanced version of Educomp’s popular Smartclass programme would further empower the teacher with cutting-edge education tools within the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
