Weighing 212g, the new Xperia Z Ultra is waterproof and dust resistant. The Xperia Z Ultra is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor with 2.2 GHz quad-core CPU. It has an internal storage of 16GB, which is expandable up to 64 GB. The phone has 2GB RAM.
The front and back are made of tempered glass. Running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, it has an 8 megapixel camera with "Exmor RS for mobile" sensor and HDR for videos and photos.
