New Delhi: Kannada superstar Sudeep will be seen playing a modern day Lord Krishna in the Kannada remake of 'OMG! Oh My God'.
The film, which was a super hit in Hindi, had actor Akshay Kumar playing Krishna's role in the original.
The movie, which was released in 2012 deals with the story of an atheist, who questions the existence of God in this world. It was a satirical comedy drama. 'Oh My God' had Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Mithun Charavarthy in the lead roles.
Yogesh Dwarkish, who owns the Kannada remake rights of the movie has confirmed to OneIndia that Sudeep will be playing Akshay Kumar's role, while Ravishankar will play Paresh Rawal's role. Here's hoping that the film works as well as the orginal one did at the Box Office.
