Nagpur: The Bombay High Court on Thursday issued a notice to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and the Attorney General over the decision to impose 100 SMS per day limit.
The notice was issued by the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court.
TRAI, mobile service providers and the Attorney General have been asked to reply to the High Court within two days.
The court served the notice on the basis of a petition filed by one Sudeep Jaiswal.
