TSPSC Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) Recruitment 2017 Begins Today; 277 Posts, Apply Before 16th December 2017

TSPSC Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) Recruitment 2017 has begun today on the official website of Telangana State Public Service Commission, Hyderabad - tspsc.gov.in. TSPSC aims to recruit 277 Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) in Rural Water & Supply and Sanitation Department of Telangana State. In a notification released by TSPSC, candidates interested in applying for the post must apply on or before 16th December 2017 to appear for the Examination that will make the candidates eligible for an interview later on.

Selection Process:

TSPSC will be selecting candidates on the basis of marks attained in Two successive stages of recruitment viz:

Stage – I: Examination (Objective Type) - Online/OMR based.

Stage – II: Personality Assessment Test (Interview)

As per the official notification, TSPSC will decide if the Objective Type Examination will be conducted Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) Or Offline OMR based.

Exam Pattern:

PART-A

The TSPSC Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) Recruitment 2017 Written Exam will comprise of two papers viz:

Paper-I: General Studies And General Abilities – 150 Marks

Paper-II: Civil Engineering (Degree Level) – 300 Marks

Both the papers will carry 150 questions each and candidates will be given 150 minutes to solve each paper.

PART-B

Interview – 50 Marks

Academic Qualification:

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University in India or must be a pass in Section A & B of AMIE Examination conducted by Institute of Engineers in Civil.

Age-Limit:

The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18-44 years however the age relaxation in the upper-limit is applicable as per category reservation rights.

Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will be eligible to get a pay scale between ₹37,100 - ₹91,450/- according to RPS-2015.
